Our plan and includes staging for the
living room, dining room, kitchen, powder room as well as the master bedroom
and master bathroom. This plan includes furniture, rugs, artwork and decor.

Jeanne has a keen eye for design and finds these consultations invaluable when
planning the right furnishings and accessories for the property. At the
consultation the client can discuss different options to include with the
staging packages. After Jeanne's visit the client can expect a professional
estimate within one business day.
Because each property is different, each staging plan and estimate is different as well. Outdoor spaces can be added to each of our plans for a small additional charge. Most of our staging comes from our extensive collection in our Silver Spring warehouse. Some high-end properties require an upgrade charge for custom furnishings and accessories and are considered on a case-by-case basis in consult with our clients.
The first month of staging is always included as part of the price. Each additional month is charged at a flat $1400 on the one-month anniversary of the staging install. Unlike many other staging companies, we do not have extra up-charges such as additional fees for movers, furniture rental, installation/pickup, insurance or taxes. Regardless of your plan or upgrades you can always expect professional, licensed, bonded and insured movers for all of our furniture. On the day of your staging you can also expect our hands-on designers on site to position each piece of furniture and place accessories.
