Jeanne Goldberg, Founder: Our founder, Jeanne Goldberg, began her real estate career as a developer. After seeing her projects, developers and realtors started requesting her staging and design work. The demand grew so high, that Inhabit just had to happen!

Jeanne has a degree in Design and in addition to her real estate experience, she leverages over a decade of Graphic Design for IBM, the FBI, and the US Department of Justice. Whether in painting, graphic design or interior design, Jeanne has a passion for how color and form create emotional impact.

Casey Costello, Business Manager / Designer:​ Casey's many strengths begin with her degree in Marketing and background in management, coupled with her knowledge and experience with Interior Design and Social Media. It's safe to say that she is the core infrastructure of Inhabit. Casey began working with us as a Designer, but has since shifted into a business manager role. She ensures every single operation gets done on time and efficiently - from estimates and invoices to scheduling measures, stages, movers and pickups. Not to mention she also makes sure our staff and rent are paid, that we’re stocked with artwork, furniture and working vehicles and never forgets insurance, social media, accounting, websites and so much more.​

Her most valued skill, though, is always having the big picture in mind and figuring out ways to continually move Inhabit forward towards more future success. Casey also manages efficiency, workflow, and staffing while always keeping the current real estate market in mind and supply chain issues in balance. Her natural cunning for business management blows us away. We’ll stop there, but that’s honestly just touching the surface of what Casey does. Our favorite Casey proficiency is easily her never faltering dry sense of humor that gets us through our difficult days. ​

Amy Petrakis, Designer / Project Manager: When we came across Amy's resume, we knew we had to add her to our team (and our website - she's our resident model!). She previously worked for one of the largest staging companies in the DC area with a background in Event Design, Event Management and Conference management. To top that off, she holds a degree in Journalism, Communications and Business Administration. ​

Amy is a cornerstone of Inhabit, not only because of her stunning design work but because her management skills and attention to detail make every stage come off without a hitch. She manages the details of every single job from the overall look to the "wow" design surprises. Amy helps keep us up-to-date on the latest design trends all while making sure everything down to the last detail arrives safely at every stage and is installed flawlessly. Amy is also our resident website model! In the rare moments when Amy isn’t designing you can find her wherever there’s live music. Don't let her size fool you! She might be tiny, but she’s the biggest powerhouse designer and project manager we’ve ever seen.
